My Review
WOOOOO! Firstly I need to ask is this really a DEBUT novel? Because it is SUPERB.
Last month Her Perfect Twin was reduced to 99p on Amazon Kindle so I picked it to read with my online bookclub TBC for the month of April to buddy read and discuss online. At last, I’ve picked a real winner (the last few books have been rather disappointing) and I started the book two nights ago and by the end of thre first chapter I was punching the air with joy because this little hidden gem hits every single one of my personal 5 star requirements.

So now I need to tell you more about the book. Her Perfect Twin is the story of identical twins Megan and Leah. Megan is married to Chris, a handsome, successful man who is also a coercive, controlling and gaslighting bully. Leah is single, wealthy, a best selling author and an instagram influencer with millions of followers. The twins have always had a fractured relationship, falling out over Leah’s book and haven’t spoken in years so when Leah finds a semi-naked photograph of her twin on her husband’s phone Megan decides to confront her.
The story is divided into parts, each narrated by Megan, Leah and Chris and at the end of each part I was left gasping in disbelief at the shocking revelations and couldn’t put the book down, taking the opportunity to read it whenever I had a spare moment.
All I can say is this is a brilliant debut which is skillfully plotted and cleverly constructed and guaranteed to keep the reader totally engrossed and gripped from the opening chapter to the final page.
I personally absolutely LOVED this book and have absolutely no hesitation in giving it 5 HUGE stars.
